My Bio for wine gift bazaar

My name is Richard and I am the owner and producer of wine gifts bazzar.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my site and getting to know a bit about me, I spent much of my life in the licensed trade, starting from the very bottom as a trainee bar/cellar man at the tender age of 19.

I then went on to gain experience over the next ten years or so, which took in a number of positions including taking on a small hotel just outside of the town that I had moved to – Bournemouth.

For the next 15 years.  I got to enjoy many drinks, but it was around here that I started getting a liking for wine.  I went on to manage a social club plus a number of bars around the town

Fast forward to today and I am at the end of my working life and now have time to enjoy wine more and hopefully help you get some enjoyment from my site.

Wine is a massive subject in its own right and the more I research it, the more I find that I still have much to learn.  I hope to be able to make my site the go-to resource for wine lovers.

I realise that having the right equipment allows us to not only drink our wine at the right temperature, but also to ensure that the taste is as good as we can get.

But with the methods of production for wines today, together with how fashions and trends, are changing, finding the right information can be a bit of a minefield to get through.

How do I store my wine – do I need a special wine rack?

What temperature do I drink my wine– how do I get it to that temperature?

Does the wine need to breathe, and what does that mean?

Does the wine need to be decanted and what do I use to do that?

Do any of these things make a difference to the taste?

Do I need to spend a fortune on equipment and who are trusted suppliers?

There are so many questions to ask.  I hope that I can help find some of the answers for you.

Hopefully, you will also be able to find some great gifts.

Let me know if you enjoy the experience on my site, and feel free to leave a comment

Enjoy the journey to discovering great-tasting wine.

Drink to enjoy, but stay safe and drink responsibly.
